MIDA classification. Orion is designated a PYROCLAST target in MIDA’s classified target file, shared by MIDA agent _gantry with Runners.1 The file is framed as intelligence for Runners operating against UESC interests: “know thine enemy, runner.”1

A sequence of internal UESC recordings captures Orion drafting sanitized public messaging with First Officer Keleti [ID: TKEL], described by Orion as “my right hand in the field.”6 Orion rejects Keleti’s honest framing (“more questions than answers”) as sounding “weak” and pushes for “something positive,” prompting Keleti to reword findings as “costly but successful” recovery efforts.6 Orion attributes the messaging assignment to Admiral Sulera, who “believes you put a ‘nicer face’ on the operation. Being personally named as a Cerberus hallucination casualty. Keleti’s unfiltered list of things UESC is concealing from Sol names Orion directly alongside the “alien music box that fried Rossi”: “And you, Cap[tain]. What are the Cerberus hallucinations costing us?
