OVERVIEW: The UESC does not want RUNNERS on TAU CETI IV. RUNNERS don’t care. But what RUNNERS do care about is a payday. The UESC knows this and uses a variety of tactics to counter RUNNER efforts to secure whatever prize they may be hunting. One such method is a high value container offering RUNNERS a healthy return on their investment, should they survive. Few do.  

SECURED RESOURCES essentially serve as a challenge from the UESC to RUNNERS—“Come get the prize or die trying.”
