ROLE: An advanced communications RELAY built to collect, collate, and send massive amounts of data culled from the DATA WALL. 

OVERVIEW: You don’t place a communications RELAY of this size in such an inaccessible ZONE and among such rocky terrain without a deliberate need. The towering presence of not one, but two, such structures suggest PERIMETER played a vital role in the colony’s efforts to map TAU CETI’s anomalous energy readings.
